Pure Tots offers baby hygiene and comfort products such as cloth diapers, top sheets, and related baby care essentials.

Products are designed for baby safety and comfort but should always be used as instructed.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring proper product selection, usage, care, and supervision.

Cloth Diaper Print Variation Policy

Our cloth diaper packs are sold as assorted print collections. For packs containing 8 cloth diapers, we strive to provide 8 different prints as displayed or advertised. However, due to inventory availability and stock limitations, certain prints may occasionally be unavailable at the time of packing.

In such cases, Pure Tots reserves the right to substitute unavailable print(s) with other available print(s) from the collection. As a result, customers may receive one or more repeated prints within the pack.

These substitutions do not affect the quality, functionality, size, absorbency, or value of the product. Print variations or repeated prints are considered normal inventory substitutions and shall not qualify as defects, nor shall they be grounds for return, replacement or exchange.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization and receipt.

Pure Tots reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inaccurate customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed separately during checkout.

4. Product Usage Responsibility

• Courier or shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

• Incorrect product selection by customers.

• Improper product usage, storage, or maintenance.

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from individual circumstances.

• Minor variations in product appearance, color, packaging, or print design.

• Cloth diaper print substitutions or repeated prints due to inventory availability.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.
